Sessions are available via ZOOM or in person as you prefer. Combining both options is also possible. Zoom is a convenient option when you are on vacation, prefer to avoid traffic or travel, or whenever you or your student are not feeling well.

General Booking: For clients who are new, waiting for a weekly contract spot, or require less frequent session:

  • After reviewing booking protocols, you may book available sessions in the current calendar month: using the “Book Your Session” drop down tab. Please note that clients with weekly contracts have priority booking for upcoming months.

  • To book sessions in upcoming months, please wait until the FIRST day of the month you desire or contact Rayment Consulting at raymentconsulting@gmail.com for pre-booking.


On-line Scheduling: For Clients who have a Priority Session times

  • Before the last day of any calendar month, reserve your Priority Sessions for the upcoming month. (see “Advance booking” below)

  • Payment for sessions is due upon receipt of your invoice sent via email at the end of the month. You may pay with e-transfer, personal cheque, or credit card(+4% fee)

  • Edit your upcoming sessions as soon as possible whenever necessary. (see “Edit”) Returning sessions to the general inventory will ensure that you are not charged for a missed session.

ADVANCE BOOKING: Clients may pre-book their Priority Sessions in upcoming months·        

  • When pre-booking please select only the times that align with your Priority Session Times.

  • If you cannot attend one of your Priority Session times in the upcoming month, do not reserve it.

  • After the first day of each month, all unreserved sessions become available for general booking. Between the first and last day of the month, clients may select sessions available within that month regardless of their Priority Session times.

    Quote from a client to summarize this process: “So really, I have the times on Tuesday and Friday automatically because they are my priority booking time, and I should pre-book them unless it’s a day I cannot attend that session. Then I wait till the beginning of the month and can adjust if any openings work to make up for that time I couldn’t make it.”

Receipts: will be emailed on or about the last day of each calendar month. Receipts will include: Date of service, client’s name, prepaid amount received.

Registration with Acuity Scheduling is not required to book an appointment.

  • Registration will allow you to: See your appointment history as well as future appointments

  • Bypass forms you have already filled out when scheduling future appointment

  • Sign in to your client page to reschedule existing appointments



Questions/Answers

What if we are unable to attend any of your priority sessions during this month?

  • Simply leave these sessions unreserved. 

  • On the 1st of the month other clients will be able to reserve all unclaimed priority sessions.

  • *Priority booking deadline for session in November is October 31.

    • Priority booking deadline for session in December is November 30.

My priority booking time isn’t available, what now?

  • If it is before the priority booking monthly deadline:

    • Check the calendar for any holidays such as Thanksgiving or Family Day

    • Occasionally dates are blocked due to Professional Presentations please contact raymentconsulting@gmail.com to confirm

  • If it is after the priority booking monthly deadline:

    • Between the 1st and final day of the current calendar month, all available session times are open for general booking.  You may have missed the priority booking deadline. 

    • Please select your sessions from those that are available

    • Be sure that you reserve your priority booking sessions before the first of every month

What if I need to reserve a session that is different from our priority booking time?

  • Unclaimed sessions become available for general booking between the first and the last day of any calendar month.    

  • Wait until the first day of the calendar month and then go ahead and reserve any available sessions in that month. 

Can I turn off email notifications from acuity scheduling?

  • Clients can turn their email notifications on or off

  • Opt-out of email notifications by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the bottom of a notification email
